Lincoln Hotel

The room had a funky musty smell. I think it was the air conditioner. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, just fresh towels and trash emptied. In the morning, the room felt damp, but the air was on 70. The best thing was that we were on the first floor and had a door outside. We parked right outside our door! Easy to load up in the morning and leave. For 98.00, you'd think they would update the rooms. Staff was really sweet!

I don't expect much with a 2 star hotel the area is a little rough,but this hotel is a surprise. Room is super clean you can tell they have pride in taking care of the hotel with little touches, bathroom was excellent. I would stay here again and bring my kids.

We've stayed here several times and it's a good value, friendly staff, and clean enough. The pillows are too large for our liking, feeling a little like a balloon and somewhat uncomfortable if you like softer less tall pillows. Also there was a loud diesel pickup truck idling in the parking lot while the owner sat in it listening to country music loud enough to hear inside our room for about an hour at 1am. That could happen anywhere the rooms are next to the parking, but otherwise this location is quiet except for an occasional train on the tracks a block away.

Convenient to downtown. Right off a main road that leads to other main roads you will need to get around Lincoln! Friendly staff! Clean entrance, lobby, and rooms! Will accommodate all the way to the end of your needs!

This is a great value if you're in town for a game. The room was clean and comfortable. The stadium is a easy 5 minute drive and there are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from.

I like when hotels have laminate floors in the rooms- it feels more clean and fresh and less odor lingering. Eggs and sausage were part of breakfast, which saves me a trip to a restaurant for my protein and fat for the morning. Great value!

Checked in at 12am exhausted. Vicky was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Simple room, limited frills, clean, great price - exactly what I needed. Hot shower with curved curtain rod and amazing water pressure! Outside door access and I was able to park right outside my door. Direct TV, microwave, fridge with freezer, ac, alarm clock.

Easy enough to get to, comfortable bedding, and our room in particular seemed clean. I also liked the complimentary breakfast, which contributes a non-zero amount to the value of a cheap stay. The facility in general wasn't the best kept and I did see one roach *outside*, but honestly, I wasn't upset for the value proposition. Just know what you're getting into and check your room to make sure that they've taken good care of you, as based on other reviews, your stay is highly dependent on the individual who's cleaned your room.
